How To Make Creamy Ice-cream Just 1 Ingredient In 3 Simple Steps





If you’re lactose intolerant and dairy products don’t sit well with your belly then rejoice because you can now enjoy scoops of icecream that’s a 100% lactose free, and also very easy to make.

STEP 1: Get a bunch of ripe Banana’s and chop them into little pieces

STEP 2: Place chopped Banana into freezer for at least 3 hours.

STEP 3: Use a blender or a food possessor to chop the frozen bananas. You blend them into a smoothie. Now you can place the mass into a plastic container and put back into the fridge.
The ice cream is ready. Use a round spoon to make the balls and eat them with chocolate or any other topping you like!
