A heartless mother has dumped her newborn baby in the town of Argungu in Kebbi State.
Reports gathered by Rariya stated that the lifeless body of the baby was abandoned on a field, inside a black polythene bag in the Town.
It was also learnt that residents who called the local police to evacuate the corpse, traced the scene after noticing a stinking smell in the town.
