3 S3xul Position That Are The Same With Gyming





If you do it well and do it regularly you can shed a little weight and even have toned muscles, trust me on this because it’s very true. Some positions can help some parts and muscles of the body develop, most especially the core (abs), so yup, you could literally get a six pack from sex if done well.
Let’s segway a bit and gist, the funny part is that if anyone is going to loose weight or gain muscle mass from sex it would most likely be the men, why? Because they are the ones who put it most of the work in a relationship.

1. FROM THE BACK: This position is fire when it comes to getting some good exercise. The position mimics a move that targets the glutes. Kicking this position up a notch comes with a big pay off in more ways than one. A great way to maximise the benefits while doing this position is to bring one leg out 90 degrees away from your midsection. By doing this, it will not only be a great exercise but it should certainly drive your partner wild by showing off how flexible you are and how strong and balanced you are. With focus on the stomach and glute muscles, you’ll strengthen different parts of your body while getting maximum pleasure!

2. MISSIONARY POSITION: While this is believed to be the most common se x position you can still get a good workout from simply laying on your back. Missionary copies the same action of the bridge workout. While the position seems like a light in exercise, exerting a little extra energy can go a long way. Extending your back and arching it while holding your core helps to work out your glute muscles and lower back. Try keeping your ab muscles as tight as possible as you work on the lower half of your body.

3. OR DO AGAMA (STANDING) POSITION: Say goodbye to the bed and hit the floor. While you stand facing your partner, bend one leg and try to raise it as high. The position which mirrors a common knee pull helps target your lower abdominal muscles. Maintaining a strong core helps keep you balanced, which is key in trying to spicen things up in the bedroom.
