Entertainer, Charles Oputa, better known as Charly boy has insisted that he was ready to continue with the protests to demand that Nigerians’ voice are heard at whatever cost and would never chicken out under pressure like singer, 2face did.
The eccentric Charles in his reaction to the shocking ‘surrender’ of the ‘African Queen’ singer said that 2face’s backing out was a major blow to the general struggle to “overcome Political Insanity, Audacious impunity and Mindless looting in Nigeria.”
We must not Trivialize the Struggle or We will Struggle to make any impact in the Emancipation of the Nigerian Mind.
He described the celebrations that greeted the return of a convicted looter of public funds, James Ibori as a clear case of ‘Insanity’ that typifies the average struggling Nigerian,
He tweeted, “The real tsunami it’s coming, and no doubt I will be on the front line. I will take the First Bullet; let my body be the first to drop; Let my Blood be the first to wash our LANDS.”
He called on Nigerians to sustain the pressure and continue to demand a better deal from the country’s leaders.
“We must sustain the pressure and cannot turn back as the Revolution Continues. I, AreaFada will fight so fear will no longer cripple my people. Our MUMU don reach last bus-stop,” he added.
