How To Make Delicious Carrot Stew In 4 Easy Steps

I know all of you will say “Which one is carrot stew again, Ope has come with his mede mede food’. Let’s segway a bit, before kfc and tfc came to Nigeria the only type of chicken we knew were boiled chicken and fried chicken. Then those big eateries came and started selling different chicken flavors to us and we started paying expensive prices for them. These are chickens that are very easy to make but the typical Nigerian would call it ‘mede mede’ but still pay big money to eat it at restaurants. The difference between a caterer and a chef is, a caterer cooks local food while the chef cooks ‘mede mede’, and who get’s paid more between the two. I just wish Nigerians were more open minded to cooking different dishes and recipes.
